Shipments and returns
All shipments are made by courier GLS or Bartolini with traceability of delivery (delivery 24 / 48h in Italy, 48h / 72h for the islands and uncomfortable place).
Core s.r.l. provides for the dispatch of the goods within 24 hours upon receipt of payment, so the delivery time depends on the selected payment type and the subsequent speed of the courier.
Core s.r.l. is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused due to third parties and force majeure.

The shipping costs amount to an amount of 7.50 euro per order, regardless of the amount of products purchased.

RIGHT OF RETURN
Internet sales part of those defined as "remote" for which the Legislative Decree. N. 21/2014 provides for the buyer's freedom to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal can only be applied to natural persons (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference to VAT).
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of goods, in response to the order confirmation email or by using the appropriate section "Goods Return" of the area and always within 14 days, return the purchased goods to the seller and received a refund of the purchase price (eXCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES) within 14 days of receipt of goods delivered by the customer.
When you apply the right of return?
The right of return is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
- The law applies to product purchased in its entirety; it can be exercised only on the return of the product (ex .: accessories, software, attachments, etc. ...);
- The law does not apply to audiovisual products, consumables, or sealed software (including those attached to any hardware), once opened;
- The purchased goods must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: gaskets, screws, bolts, etc ...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in another box on which to affix the CODE OF RETURN; It should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product;
- The property subject to right of return must be returned in normal condition, as it must have been kept and maintained in the state in which it was sent: it will then be accepted products used that indicate signs of damage or dirt and which therefore can no longer be considered;
- The property subject to right of withdrawal must bear the same registration number present in the order of Core s.r.l. sales .; if the goods were to bring a different serial number than reported in order, the return will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request for return.
- When returning a used product, it must still be intact (the original package with no signs of wear), will result in a decrease in price by 50% to 70% of the purchase value of the new commodity being used as a salable product.
In such cases it does not apply the right of return ?
- The right of return does not apply to professionals and companies to which the invoice was issued though not falling under private entities.
- The right of return is not applicable for the goods in the retreats as viewable when picking excluding distance selling.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs for return of the products made are charged to the customer. Core s.r.l. is in no way responsible for the goods shipped for return, this responsibility is intended only to the customer until receipt of the goods at our office. in case of receipt of goods damaged during shipping Core s.r.l. He agrees to give notice to the customer as soon as possible in to allow the customer to file a complaint with the carrier of his choice for shipping. In this case the return will be canceled and the goods will be available to the customer to carry out the necessary practices.
